I can't login!

I created an account since I don't have my old one anymore, I login in-game, but it says my info is incorrect, I type in the right username, reset my password, and it's still incorrect. I saw another topic with the same problem, and someone said that the server could have been down. Is there another reason to this problem? Help me, please.
