Title: I LOST MY SHARDS

I was Simply doing the Crazy Cows Quest and I suddenly got
Banned i managed too fix that but When i got back on.
My bright Space And My blue shard were gone. Their not in My stash or anywhere too be seen. 
Do you loose Items on a character When you get Banned for No Reason ?

That's a common glitch. The "You have been banned" message sometimes appears for no reason.
I suggest you to contact a staff member. In your message, provide such information as
in-game username and on which characted did you lose the items.

Adding to what Voldrune said, do not forget to provide screenshots of you using the shards for proof.
