Title: odd cut-off in my screenshots [SOLVED]
Post by: Vann on December 12, 2015, 03:50:08 AM
hey babes, a few weeks ago i noticed that my screenshots were capturing a weird ratio of my game. i don't know what could have caused this, they used to work fine. in the back of my mind though i'm thinking it could be because i reinstalled LM to my J:\ drive instead of my C:\ drive, and i feel like i've heard that that could break your screenshots like that.. but i could just be crazy and my brains just making up stuff lol
anyways, here's some of my borked screenshots

hopefully someone will be able to offer some help soon because i really wanted to start getting back into the swing of photo editing.
thanks for reading!

I'm not sure if any this would help, but have you tried making your LM window full screen? You could also try setting your game to full screen mode (not windowed, change "Full Screen:" to yes before playing) and see what happens. Also make sure you click inside LM before taking a screenshot.

hi peggles, thank you so much for your response!
putting it in fullscreen did seem to fix it, the only problem with that is i hate playing LM in windowed mode )^:

EDIT: i fixed it!! turns out i just had to switch over to OpenGL instead of Directx (^:
