Title: Staying small on my screen even if I'm big?

Well, I have this glitch where I'm small, y'know? But now, I can't get bigger on my screen! Even if I make a new character, I'm STILL small on my screen. I've even tried restarting my computer! Please help! This is really annoying me. (People see me bigger but I don't)

Care to elaborate? I have honestly no idea what you're talking about. Also screenshots would definitely help
