hello fellow members of this community
my account wont let e log in because of my first character (im guessing)
and i would love it if someone can tell me whats up, please help me i have so much on this account ;-;

You'll need to be more specific than that. Many things can prevent you from logging in. If you get an error, please take a screenshot and show us what the error says.

It's an internal file glitch. Only thing I know to fix it is to redownload the game. Uninstall and redownload.

You can reinstall, or you can delete your version.txt file in your last moon folder. Either way it should work again, replacing the file which you seem to miss. If it doesn't work, let us know
