Looting System

Taking 5 minutes to grab an item from the ground isn't exactly my dream profession, so I'd suggest a system similar to the buying one where you click the carcass and loot the item by text table.

This would also leave room for nifty stuff like multiple items per kill or the chance to get currency instead.

drugs, girls and rock 'n roll

i somewhat like this idea as i too often struggle to pick up things that are dropped based on location. i think though myz would have to go in and change the time the carcass stayed before vanishing and also a little more efforts on his part. however i do think its a good idea and it could be considered later on.

thanks for the suggestion

I love this idea. Very Skyrim-esque. C:
Maybe, when looting, there could be a destroy option and that's when the mesh fades away. That wsy, there's no worry about it fading too quickly.

And to keep too many dead-meshes from laying around and clogging up the map, perhaps you can only have so many lying around dead before they stop spawning? And they could disappear anyway when everyone leaves the map?

This is actually and excellent idea.

I hope they can somehow incorporate this into the new big update.

If not, oh well, right?

This sounds fantastic.

I'm not sure how to keep the carcasses from cluttering everything up, but being able to walk around and loot from unwanted, abandoned prey sounds entertaining. Perhaps they vanish as soon as they're looted?

There could even be a 'take all items' button that makes the dead prey vanish XD

Definitely would be a better option! I always hated struggling to pick things up, especially things like necklaces, which are so incredibly small compared to just about anything.
