I want all of these things.

Small feline models should be a thing, big cat models do not adequately fit smaller species of felines.

I second what Shiro said and while I do fear it may invite swarms of "warrior kitties" it would make creating lynx, servals, and other wild but still small cats much easier.

Also, I want to add that one small factor that can make maps more interesting is the slightest "human" touch. No, I don't mean make full-up cities, but throwing a simple house in (like the ones we currently have in crater or paradise) would be nice. Windmills [like in Paradise], fences are something seldom seen in the IT-servers. There doesn't need to be a rhyme or reason for them to be there so long as they're nicely placed. They make for good RP fodder for Rpers, and a "different" kind of perch for chatters.

Another thing, more caves please? Both normal and dark? Two-stories? [It is possible to make 2-storied caves, I've done it before.] Having the different biomes are nice but more fantasy based maps add variety [like Crystal Forest]

Pretty good list.
My biggest one thus far is being stuck /completely/ isolated in one species or the other. As in, canine ears go on canine models and thats final. I think any good IT server has a "catch all" type of model-- Like how the skinny model served us well in the Beta version of LastMoon.

There's a reason we pride ourselves on not being like FeralHeart. Imjustsaying.

Let's see here.
Marking Layers (Being able to pick more than one marking for the same area. I'm pretty sure we're getting that though,)
Marking Opacity
Oh, and Wing Markings...

Now for the bigger stuff...
Better placed collisions that make sense (I'd rather not get stuck in a grass mesh please,)
And if we're going to have the option to be able to earn medals from hunting to buy items as an alternative to hunting the corresponding prey that drops them, please, please, please make it that medals are worth the effort. Most of the quests require you to complete tasks that are worth much more than the reward you get for them. Also, have the prey drop more kinds of medals than just broken ones please? (Like, say, have a boss spawn drop a gold?)

Also, I would appreciate if it was made so that you'll always get something good for killing a boss. Not a measly drop that you can easily get from easy prey. From personal experience, it is not a good feeling when you spend over a hundred cures with a friend (or two friends,) slaying a boss only to have it drop something common or nothing at all.

Other small things I'd suggest:
The option to turn off weather like you would with grass and reflections, for folks who lag,
and an option to turn off spawns or have a dim where no prey spawn, especially in really small maps like Waterfall Cave. It can reduce lag and keep those smaller ones from being crowded with little things that just sorta...ruin the moment.

This is one thing I agree with fully. I cannot STAND it!
A lot of people, when given the chance, will make other new and unique fantasy species when given the choice. It adds a lot to the creator without really doing much extra work. The only thing is that if they need to be adjusted to fit a model. Please. Just please. It's not like it's an entirely new model and ear model adjustments aren't normally that difficult anyway. >_<

I second ALL of this. [As well as what has been said further above.] There really is nothing more obnoxious in a game that damns you using cat-ears/tails on a cat, or dog ears/tails on a dog, end of story. There is no need to force people into clinging to realism if adding more options doesn't affect the people who want to play the former. You know what I mean?

I liked the fact the skinny body was sort of an inbetween/mix + match. Wolf head with lion tails? Why not?

Main problem is finding people who can model things that aren't complete laggy pieces of shit. More customization is something that'll be added over time. It's not going to be all super realistic being stuck to one species. The fur selection and layered markings should help with making your own thing as well.

Medals are already dumped for a proper currency system, so things will give gold based on how though they are and then a chance of random items.

Collision system has been changed around, it'll work better for running over things rather then getting stuck on them, downside is you might end up running over things that you shouldn't really be able to. If grass has collisions or not will depend on how the map maker adds it.

There should be maps with both slight human touch and full on towns. Map making is being made easier and there is a system to support having your own/friends custom maps added into the game.

Here's one I was messing around with yesterday

Awesome! Sweet, that looks fantastic and that sounds awesome. Hey Myz, I don't know about animal models perse (I would have to ask) but I may know someone who is making 3D models in blender as sort of a side hobby, (an adult, not a kid.) who might be interested in providing 3-D models if someone will be able to use/enjoy them and be able to critique them (that's the main thing he's looking for.) I've mentioned Last Moon to him and he is genuinely curious. Would you be interested in that?

I'm fairly certain that he does. I'll ask him again when I get the chance. Thanks Myz.
