I tried to download, computer keeps having an error message that says: Cannot open file, not a valid ''Win.File'' or something like that, I have the setup installed, but when I double click on it, it either says '' Find program on Internet '' or the error message, please help.

I have the same problem aswell and I can't figure it out. I've already downloaded the two items that say that they should be downloaded if this problem occurs. Can someone help with this problem?

What exactly does the error say then

It says a file was missing. The program doesn't give me the file anymore when I go and try to open it.
  I also have no clue why this is happening even though I've carefully followed the instructions.

Well, then I can't help me since that's a pretty useless error message. Usually that kind of error message would say which file is missing.
