Ok, I don't know how to put a picture or gif as my profile picture/avatar. and If anyone could explain how, that'd be great.

I believe it is the same as adding a signature or even an image or a gif to a post.
Though, please correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

Is your gif saved on your computer?
You might have to put it on an image hosting site and then give the avatar-thingy the URL to your image.

This forum might not support it, though. Staff, confirm?
