Title: How do I change my icon?

I've been trying to change my icon but the link thing isn't work .-. HALP

EDIT: Wait, what? for some reason it worked, I tried to change it and then it stopped working.
How do I do this properly?

Was going to say you might need to refresh for it to load the icon but-
seems like you did it!
