Is there like a drop list where you can see what drops what?

You mean the wiki?
It's under the Home tab, when you hover over it.

If you're looking for the drop list as in "Which animal drops "####" type if list, it's right >> here (http://lastmoon.org/wiki.php) <<
Clicking on the name of a pet/prey will show you the image, stats, items they drop, and where you can find them.
Clicking on the name of n item will show you what animal drops it and what NPC sells it the item.
