Title: More than one image signature?

I've seen people with more than one images in their signatures and  I know that you can only have one image because of the rules. Are some people (excluding admins cause i know why they get to.) granted permission to have more than one image? If so, how do they get that permission?

TBH that rule is only in place so that people don't end up having signatures that stretch from here to china. You can have a few but don't over do it. I recommend limiting it to like 2 or 3 images
