"Invalid username/password"?

Okay, so, I need some help. I just downloaded the game, and tried to log in on multiplayer. It will say "connecting", but then it will say "Invalid username/password". I am using the correct username and password, though. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Forum and game accounts are NOT linked. You'll have to create an account on the game to be able to play it ( there's an option for that on the multiplayer menu).
