Title: Can't download. Help!

So it keeps on saying I have BOTH of the downloads already on my computer whenever I try to download them, but I can't find them or anything. What should I do?

So you've already downloaded the game? You just can't find them in your computer?
Did you check any of the following folders:
- Downloads
- Documents
- Pictures
- Videos
- Music
It should be found somewhere in those. Most especially the Downloads folder.
Or, try typing the name in the search bar of the Start Menu.

If you have a Mac, I'm not quite sure what to do. Good luck... and hope this helps.

They should both just be in your downloads folder, no where else if you just downloaded them. If you already installed them, however, you would find them in your Appdata folder, which can be found when you type in %AppData% in your location bar in window explorer.
If you need any help with that, replay back ASAP!
