Title: Cannot login to game

Every time i try to login to the game it says that my username or password is wrong, but it's not. Please help me, i JUST downloaded it and am BRAND NEW to the website.

Do accounts that are inactive for a while deleted? I have an old account with something like Ashleyogle1999888 or AshWood/er and I cant seem to recover my password from anything that I try O_O
