Title: Cannot play!

Plz help me！ :( my account is login and I cant offline. It says"Disconnected by another user".I think that's because i helped my friend just now! I waited for a long time still can't play！ It still says "Loading..." My username is Salted fish. :'( please ban me then cancel ban. My English is so bad! Thank you!

I assume you meant that you showed your friend the game and left the game on their computer? That message comes up if you get logged in in another computer, but on the same account. I would check that your friend didn't get on your account while you were playing.

My friend didn’t know how to get cure,so i get logged in her account in my computer to help her. Then i get logged in my account,but it said"Disconnected by another user"! My friend gets logged in my account in another computer,but that message still comes up!

Yes that's the issue..... You can't have two people on 1 account at one time. That's why the message comes up.

No you can play.... You just can't have your friend play on your account....

If you want to play on your own account, your friend will have to log off of your account so you can log into the account. If this is a reoccurring issue, your friend can create their own account so you do not have to worry about being able to play.

No friends login my account, and my friend find out my account is not online, but i still can't login! :'( Plz help me!
My friend is playing on her account now!But i still cannot play on my account!

You need to be more specific as to what's going on. We get that you can't play, however more info would actually let us help you. Also do not multipost. Instead edit your previous one
