Title: Cannot Play Game

I have downloaded the game multiple times but that message comes up saying "The program cant start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Then after that i get another message saying "OGRE EXCEPTION". I'm not really a computer wiz so i asked my dad about it and he said he downloaded that DirectX so i tried again and it still doesn't work. I try to click on the links again but the page doesn't open.
I'm on a Toshiba Laptop and i have Windows 7 if any of that helps, idk.  Thanks!

Which page doesn't open? You need to the DirectX download link
