Connection Problem

Whenever I try to connect to play some Last Moon, it just says "connecting..." forever. I can't get past it at all! At first I thought something was wrong with my game so I reinstalled it a couple of times (sadly I forgot to save my friends and characters though so I have to start all over again)  and I still get this error.
