Title: d3dx9_43.dll is missing and Dynamic library error??

I know how to solve these problems that I keep getting (the d3dx9_43.dll and Dynamic library error) but, the thing is that the Last Moon folder doesn't exactly have the plugins.cfg And for the d3dx9_43.dll error, I believe I could just move it into the Last Moon folder since that's how I fixed my DD and RS, but I am not sure. Help?

d3dx9_43.dll is directx and there is a download for it on the download page
