Theres a file missing, that wont download, and I've re installed, and still wont work. Plz Help

Sorry......I should've looked at the whole download page....it was the d3d_x4.dll or whatever .....please forgive me......

Have you installed the programs needed, and is this solved? If not, the bottom of the download page contains everything you need, although I think you mean you've solved the issue.
