Title: Game randomly disconnecting?

I've just started up my account, and after playing for around 45 minutes I got disconnected with a message saying I'd been banned?
After closing the game and trying to log in a few more times, it worked again. But now every 5-10 minutes it does the same thing and I'm not really sure why.
Am I banned? Or is it just a glitch/connection issue?

It's just a glitch. Could be your connection but the server also likes to be a turd sometimes
