How do you heal? it wont let me attack because im wounded, so I need to know how to heal.

Okay, find a shallow pool of water and lie in it
Once the red bar is gone, you can heal
press 2 to flick through your skills until you find a skill called 'Heal' (If you have any)
Then click on your character to heal
