Title: help error game wont start

this is what is in the update txt i don't know if this is what the command prompt says but it wont launch right anyone can help i would be so happy

Does this site load for you: http://itup.myzpyz.nu/update/files/

If it does then there is a firewall/anti virus blocking the updater.

yeah then there's a firewall or anti virus on your computer that's blocking the updater from running

how do i fix it i have windows 8.1 64 bit and webroot is my anitvirus and i have windows firewall on

Temporarily turn off your firewall and then update the game. You can find out how to via google if you are unsure.
