I bought a nessieswolftoy but I'm not able to get into the game this error keeps coming up on my screen on character Yuuki https://imgur.com/QjCp00p

Hmm, Go to LM files and try deleting version.TXT or savepoint.txt perhaps this will help, let me know hun, sorry if I am not much of a help! <3

The plush could also be broken, then u would ofc crash again and again when u wanna get online with that char
U'll have to wait until a admin sees this. They can hopefully take off the plush from ur chara.

But isn't there anything they can do to fix the plush like I just bought it I don't wanna never not have it in game if that makes sense

Deleting your version.txt is for update errors, savepoint.txt is for getting put in a broken map. It's not broken items, you'll have to wait until an administrator can remove, assign or fix your item for you. Sadly this is your only option, a Game Master will fix your item eventually if not, PM one. Have patience, and they will get back to you. Also, please modify your post next time instead of double posting.

try deleteing version.txt again.
your game error says that you are missing a mesh for an item, so deleteing it should fix it.
if it doesnt try redownloading and hopefully this will actually help

Sorry hon but nessiewolftoy was removed from Last Moon long ago so the mesh your game is saying it's missing doesn't actually exist.
Did you buy this item through donation or ingame currency?
We will get this fixed for you!
