Title: How come so many draw points give the other skills, but only a few give taming?

Title says it all and also, why don't they give more taming rather than 1x, 2x, and 3x?  I know these draw points give random skills but I haven't encountered many with this skill. All my other skills are over 200x but taming is only 35x. :(

Because the Tame Skill is meant to be a very rare skill, because it's a way of getting high level pets for free instead of paying for them in Bazaar.

Thx so much for answering. I went into a world and there were these strange hopping creatures called Rimisas. I tried to tame one when I had 55 tames and it didn't work.  It had low health on the last health bar but the tame still didn't work. How many tames do I need to get one as a pet? ;)

It randomizes with each creature, I believe anyway.

As Zarogue said it radmoizes with each creature. So if you wish to tame a pet its best to just stock you skill bar to its highest point just in case so wanted pet takes more cures then what you thought. I myself have never tamed a pet due to the fact I can get lazy, also for the reason I do not have time like I use to to get on an try.
