The item buyer has been broken for a very long time, we're hoping to get it fixed one day.

That would be nice, but I'm willing to wait. It wouldn't be of much help to act like its repair is urgent.

Hello, darling! Cloud has told me once that the Item Buyer NPC was a vendor where players could send in their items and in doing so, they'd achieve medals in return. However, as Ulti said, it's unfortunately been broken for a long time, and we hope to see it repaired again one day. Unless if you have other questions about this NPC, I will be locking this thread, for I've explained it's mechanisms.
