Title: I cannot log in to the game

I have changed my password several times and made sure each time that everything was correct. I then would try to log in and the game would deny me access, saying that something was invalid. I made sure my username was correct, then my password. I was not accidentally using caps or anything strange. I have never been able to log on before, being completely new to the game. I can't find what's wrong. Can someone help me?

I am actually having the same problem, I downloaded the game, attempted to make an account, and, it keeps saying 'only a-z and 0-9', any suggestions?

I created a new account to log in, so my problem is solved. I guess you cannot use certain symbols in your username; such as ;)9-=,./ etc. Only a-z means only letters in the English alphabet unless you are set to a different language.

If you are new to the game, and have made a forum account, you need to create a game account. The forum and game accounts are not linked.
