Title: I quit, and i wanna come back and it isn't working? Help plz ;-;?

Please help me, when i try reinstalling the game and i run it, when i log it says "Connecting" then it stops, and a missing file like a congfiuration key missing, something like that, it says i need help please oh god ;-;                                    From, Tyam
