Title: Incorrect?

I have been trying to log in, but every single time it says my username or password was wrong, even though I know they are right. I don't understand why it's saying that, and I can't play because of it. Can someone please help?

The forum and game accounts are not linked. You have to make a new account only once when you start up the game.
