Title: It Wont Let Me Play!

When I tried to download DirectX it said:

You must be running Windows 98, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 family to install the DirectX 9.0.

I dont think I know what this means, nor do I think I have any of this! I'm not a computer genius, so if anyone could help me that would be great!

What OS are you running? Windows or Mac or Linux?

Hmm.. let me check.
I have Windows 8.1 with Bing.
However, the computer I have is a HP 15 Notebook PC. Is that helpful?

Nevermind! I fixed the problem by downloading a different version of DirectX.
However, now it wont let me log in because it keeps saying that i have an incorrect username/password.
I had forgotten to write my password down, so I made a new one.
I used the new one, but it says that either the username or password is wrong.
I know its not the username, so should I make a new password again or should I do something else?

Do NOT mutlpost, instead, simply edit your previous post instead of posting a second/another time.

And, if This is solved I'll be locking this then!
