Title: Lost Admin Drop Item

A few months ago, my game crashed and a lot of my items were gone, one of them included my Cloud's Cloud plushie, I have a screenshot of it, but it's only the tail and the back feet of the item, will it still be able to be retrieved?
And how do I send the screenshot of it?
