Title: Memory Error?

I was just minding my business looking for the slender wolf and then I get this error.

Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it?
If it helps I have gotten a similar error on this game's sister DoE but it was a bit more vague there.

It just means your graphics memory got overloaded. Sometimes happens, and is usually proceeded by lag of some sort.
Nothing to worry about, should be able to keep playing without any issues!
