Title: missing game file?

I originally had the game with its update, but decided to delete it. When redownloading it and opening the game I received a message like this:

" OGRE EXCEPTIONS(5:): Configuration key: 38/1 not found in Guest.dat in Config::getValue "

I have tried downloading the other two links and running them, but the last program said "Please resolve the following:

A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable has been detected on the machine."

How can I fix this?

Delete version.txt
That will force an update and hopefully recover missing files.

I'm not sure how to fix the second error however aaa
