Title: Missing MSVCR100.dll and MSVCP100.dll?

Every time I click on Last Moon, I get error messages that say "The program can't start because MSVCP.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Pressing OK causes another to pop up saying MSVCR.dll is missing. Pressing OK again causes it to repeat around five times. I've tried reinstalling Last Moon and a couple of things off the microsoft website that were supposed to fix it. (I'm using Windows 10) Anyone know how to solve this, or what is even going on?
