Title: My friend can't load the game, what should he do

Every time my friend launches the game he gets a "OGRE EXPECT?(7:InternalErroeExpection); Could not load dyanmic libary.\Rendersytem_Direct3D9. Sytem Error. The specified module in DynLib;;load at C:kti\kito\sources\depen\decomes/orge_src_1-7-4/OgreMain\OrgreMain/src/Ogre DynLib.cpp (Line 91)" error, he's tried redownloading and the 2nd link. Is it becaus he has Windows 8.1 or is this fixable?

Tell your friend to right-click on the game, then go down to "Properties". Click on the "Compatability" tab, and then click the "Run this program in compatability for:" checkbox. Then select windows seven. See if that helps.

I told him to do that but he got the same error

install directx or switch rendering system to opengl

he's shouting at me that it doesn't work for windows 8.1

Tell him to stop using a middleman and post on the forum, then.
You shouldn't have to put up with that.

Also, I've seen people run LM on windows 8.

Alright i told him, i'll teach him to make a forum post
