Title: My game doesn't want to work

Oof I have no idea why did I type that for the title but, oh well. So when I opened the game this error-thingy popped up. Since I have no clue of how to add pictures I'll just re-type what it said:

An exception has occured!
OGRE EXCEPTION(7:InternalErrorException): Could not load dynamic library ./RenderSystem_Direct3D9. System Error: The specified module could not be found.
in DynLib::load at
