Title: nebula dragons..?

Are they admin only pets? I only saw it once and I nearly died thinking it was pretty cx

Im pretty sure they spawn in Jungle with the rest of the dragons on LM

I don't think they spawn anywhere, could be wrong though. Nebula Dragon is my private pet.
