Title: need help with preset UVs

i dont know if this is in the correct section of the forum, but i'll assume it is.
i just started testing out a preset. it works fine, but however, i don't understand where to place patterns and stuff on the UVs.
Is there a UV guide where it labels each part, like "leg 1" and "leg 2" for example?
i may have missed it and i was just skimming too fast, but i'd like to see if there is any such guide.
