Title: OGRE EXCEPTION(?!)

I need help, it's saying''Exception Has Occurred!'' When I try to open the game in general. I tried re-installing the app.. help? Please? :(   :'(

Can you please provide a screenshot of the error that pops up? We can't do anything if we don't know what the error says is wrong.
