Title: Opening the game

I can't get on Last Moon. It shows checking new updates and then it closes of all the sudden. I also checked some questions and answers about it,and I tried some things but it didn't work. Is it because of anti virus or is it because of something else?

wait, what is update log? sorry I don't know much about computers and I'm between 13 and 15 years, and it said this : checking new updates ....

- and it also said something else..but can you plz tell me what is an update log, and like I said, I don't know much about computers...

Right click your LM icon on your desktop, then click 'Open file location'.
Got that?
Then Look for a file called Update.log in the file you just opened. Open that.
Then copy-paste everything in that document and paste it into a reply here

Not when you open the game.
Right click your last moon icon and then click 'open file location'
It will bring you to your last moon folder where you will see many things, amoung which is a text document/file called 'update' or 'update.txt'
Open it, and copy its contents and paste it here in a post

I tried, but it closed quickly (I clicked on update with last moon icon and it closed quickly), and yes, I'm a very complicated person...I'm really sorry  :'(

Wait, I opened the other update, the one wich is document, it say this:

Ya I'm having the same problem but my errors are different. Also I'm on a windows 8  and here is my log I hope someone can help

Is this the right one?
Basically says the updater is being blocked. You have some anti virus or firewall that is blocking it.

Did you change the install location? Id you did I suggest you reinstall without changing it. If you didn't change then reinstall and change it to something like C:\Last Moon

I think it's your firewall or internet connection
You can try this ways as usual, but i'm not guarantee they will work:

No don't click on the update application with the Last Moon icon
There's another text file called update
Open that and copy the contents and paste it here (If you are still having issues)

thanks for the help (and now I have to download LM again cuz I deleted it) and I don't have any of those sites
