Title: pet, and cure disappeared

I had cure on about 250 and I had an animal which he was star dragoon. After the reinstallation of the game, cure reduced to 130 and the animal disappeared. I don't have comprehending so what happened please for the help.

...Did you perhaps get onto a different character? That's...not something that happens everyday. xD

Hmm... Not sure what the problem is.
Did you give your password to anybody at all?
Were any items missing?
We're you on the character with the dragon?
Did you check your other characters?

thats my problen too, the game was kicking me and then i started again and missed my mask and toy :(
