Title: Question about tame

I just want to know if we can tame an animal that's not in the shop, like the monster cow? :D

Nope, if it's not in the shop, you can't tame it.
Also, if it is a praise pet only, you cannot tame it using tames and have to buy it from the Boss & Praise Pet shop. Fair reminder though that not all prey that you can buy spawns anywhere like the Big Momma Morpho and a few other prey.
