whenever I try to log on or create an account it starts to connect and shoes the connecting... but then a think pops up saying "our connection has failed"

Do you have a firewall? It may be blocking Last Moon and you have to unblock it.
Check your connection and make sure your router is up and running. Also, it could be the server bugging.

Or, another antivirus software that is blocking the game, so you'd have to whitelist it in all of them.

Or you possible chose a bad time to get on, while the server needed resetting.
