Title: Shard Is Gone

Hi,
I had a Space Shard on me that I spent 1 Ruby medal on. I ended up crashing and I went back into the game and it wasn't on my character or any of the others. So I checked my stash and it still wasn't there. Is there anyway to get it back or do I have to try and get another one?

You'll have to talk to staff about this. But as a tip for the future; Once you get a new item press "Esc" on your keyboard and then hit restart and log back in. I'm pretty sure it saves the item so nothing like this happens.
