Title: Stuck on Connecting screen?

So I have recently been having troubles getting into the game. I will enter my username and password, click log in or whatever the button is, then it will say connecting, my mouse gets frozen in spot, then the game will not connect. I click Esc and it brings me out of the game but then I try again and it freezes again! This is getting agitating and I'm wondering if there is a way to fix it.

Also, forgot to mention an error pops up but I am not sure of how to post a picture of it on here.

(major newbie alert)

OGRE EXCEPTION(5:): Configuration key: 38/1 not found in Quest.dat in Config::getValue

I have installed both of the things on the download page, re-installed my game, tried a lot of stuff but the game wont work, and it keeps telling me there is an error.

I do have the newer versions of those things in the download screen, I'm not sure if it matters?

I have also never had problems with starting this game before. It only wont work after my brother got banned, causing me to be banned for a bit too. But he is not banned anymore, and when I try to log in it wont work >.<

Delete version.txt
Run game
Post update.log
