I'm having issues starting up the game. The first time I opened it,the black box showed up and everything updated successfully. Although, when it finished, a box labeled "game.exe - System Error" The box read: "The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
When I exited out of that box, another one showed up saying "An exception has occured!
OGRE EXCEPTION(7:InternalErrorException): Could not load dynamic library .\RenderSystem_Direct3D9. System Error: the specified module could not be found. In DynLib::load at c:\kito\git\sources\dependencies\ogre_src_v1-7-4\OgreMain\src\OgreDynLib.cpp (line 91)
I have no idea if the previous info on the second box was necessary, but I included it anyway.
I did as the first box said and uninstalled the game, then reinstalled it. Now when I tried to open it, the usual black box flashed on screen before immediately being replaced by the same message. So I went back to the download page and downloaded the other files listed. It still didn't work, so now I am seeking help.
Does anyone know what this is, and how to solve the problem?
****EDIT****
I just updated my computer and now this shows up once the black box disappears:
"An exception has occured!
OGRE EXCEPTION(7:InternalErrorException): Could not load dynamic library .\RenderSystem_Direct3D9. System Error: The specified module could not be found. in DynLib::load at C:\kito\git\sources\dependencies\ogre_src_v1-7-4\OgreMain\src\OgreDynLib.cpp (line 91) "
The previous was what showed up after I opened the game. The black box showed up for a second, then this showed up. When I tried to download the other files on the download page, but my computer said that I already had a more recent version of the file on my computer. Help?

Download the extra links at the bottom of the download page.

Thanks for your advice, but I have already downloaded those files, but the game still didn't work. Thanks though :)

The error means you don't have DirectX 9 installed, so you need to get that.
-
Every time I click the DirectX link, It leads me to a download page for Microsoft Windows 10, which I already have. Am I missing something on that page?
-
Scroll down to the bottom and there will be two "Download Tool" buttons with different bits (32 and 64). You need to download this based on how many bits you have on your computer (you can see this by going into the control panel) and then set it up when you have DirectX 9 downloaded.
-
I researched how to download it, and it seems to be impossible to download on a Windows 10 computer.
-
You just click the download button for whatever bit you have on your computer and it'll download, though? Just search up what the bit you have on your computer (control panel > system and security > view amount of RAM and processor speed) and then click on the download button that matches the amount of bit you have on your computer.
Like I have a 64-bit computer, so I would click on the 64-Bit button and it would begin to download.

Actually, I'm getting what Ero is getting. The download link also brings me to a "download windows 10" page.
However with a quick google search, I found the download link here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34429 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34429)
Apologies, I'll try and have that link fixed soon!
As well, I know for a fact that LM runs on Windows 10 because I know a handful of people that have upgraded and are playing LM currently!
