Do any animals drop tames, I know draw points do and I have 1. And Do Draw points respawn?😐

No animal drops tames, please go read the tutorial section, you'll find most simple questions answered.

I recommend draw points, like you said. They do respawn, but you can find them easiest in Waterfall
