Quick question, how do you tame? Do you need a certain amount of tames to tame something? Does the amount of tames depend on the animal you want to tame or something? I'm confused, I think the tutorial explains it, eh? Gah. If anybody can help, thanks! :D

The amount of tames are entirely random. Some animals, I think, are untamable but small ones generally are. (Deer in waterfall, hawks in Island, etc etc)

At this point, taming has become antiquated. If you're looking for a challenge, or just wanna say 'yeah bro I totally tamed this one' then kudos. But your best (and sure) bet on getting a pet is going to the bazaar and spending medals. It's really the only way to know you're not spending hard-earned tames just arbitrarily trying to tame something that might not be tamable.

Ah, thanks! Better be burning up these quests then.
EDIT: Also, I have to ask, how do you use cures?

To use cures push 2 on the keyboard and cycle through your skills till you find them and then it's just left click just like how you attack
