Title: Trouble Logging In (Just Downloaded and Registered)

I just downloaded the game and registered my account, and I can't log on to the multiplayer part of the game. When I type in my username and password, (I know I've got them both correct), it either says "Invalid Username/Password" or "Connection request failed". I know my connection is working, and I have the right username/password. I've tried resetting my internet and reopening the game but it just hasn't been working.
Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

You need to make an in-game account.
