Title: Tutorial causes game to crash

So, I am new to the game and I just downloaded it today. I decided to start with the tutorial before I do any online stuff but when I clicked the tutorial, I couldn't move for about 2 seconds and then the game crashes. I've tried to do the tutorial multiple times and it crashes every time. Can someone tell me how to fix this or maybe the controls?
